FREE event for Pregnant Women and Families with Children up to Age 3!

The Healthy Start Coalition is partnering with the City of North Port Division of Social Services to present a Community Baby Shower and Pre-School Expo.

This annual event is held to provide educational information and gifts to pregnant women, new moms, and families with preschool children in our community. Exhibitors from more than 30 local organizations will be present to provide information and giveaways to attendees.

• Dozens of door prizes will be given away throughout the day
• A “Diaper Derby” race will be held for crawling infants, with the winner receiving a generous supply of diapers

This event is held proudly in partnership with the City of North Port. While you’re there, visit the Suncoast Campaign For Grade-Level Reading information booth where team members will be onsite to share practical information about Mind in the Making and Vroom.
